| Every random of half an hour to hour the power of the villages will be calculated.
Strongest village gets no boost. Middle village gets level 1 boost Weakest gets level 2 boost
Boosts are based on the village Leaf Boost 1 - -15% hospital time Boost 2 - +15% training speed, +5% defense
Sand Boost 1 - +15% mission exp Boost 2 - +10% defense, +10% training speed
Sound Boost 1 - +15% influence gain Boost 2 - +10% damage, +10% training speed |

| How about village's populations affects on Kages: They usually get gangbanged 2-3 mins upon leaving the hopsital as they are considered walking influence. My recommendations: 1) When a village has less than 5 people Kages are no longer worth 5 inf.
Also, can you please remove the reduction on training for Kages, lets be serious the only kage that actually stays alive to train is Emp. The continuous hunting of the Kages is a drastic set back enough.

| I like the second idea, I agree with it 100%. Instead of Kages not being worth 5 INF if their population is low, give them something to fight with. Let them have 2 really strong npcs (Stronger than regular anbu, but not unbeatable) that can be called when the Kage's population is low. | |
