Yes to be honest if I were to choose between those two, I would choose the yuki passive, unless I was planning on yuki as my last rebirth, in which case the slow would be rather useless.

Though as of right now I don't plan on using either of them for my first character.

They are fine, both are useful depending on what clan you are using.
