WIP Skill Tree

I will be adding every single clan. I will put this temporary skill tree for the clans without a skill tree yet.

WIP Skill Tree
All skills have 5 lvls

Inner Blood - +3% health
Genius - +5% training speed
Influential - +10% influence gain

Momentum - +4% melee damage
Impact - +4% ninjutsu damage
Inner Chakra - +10% chakra

Blood Flow - +20% health regen
Chakra Flow - +20% chakra regen
Deadliness - +3% critical strike

Fast Attack - +10% attack speed
Flow - +4% cooldown regen
Handseals - +0.8 handseal speed

Impact II - +4% melee damage
Momentum II - +4% ninjutsu damage
Overload - 10% more chakra cost, 5 % more ninjutsu damage

Power - +1/2/3/4/5% damage and damage reduction
Black Attack - +3% damage against enemies with dark skin
White Fight - +3% damage against enemies with light skin

So, i got my Nin CD at 89% then i get the flow passive it goes to 85% i die and it goes back to 89%

yeah if these are indeed the same ones that are currently being used for Snake, then it's bugged horrible none of them seem to be working and the ratio on here are different then the ones snake has. Oh and they dont give a discription they just show the ratio like 1/5, 2/3
