Yuki - Deadly Frost(passive) - Slow the enemy for 3 seconds after a melee or ability critical strike. Increase critical strike chance by 25%.
i am a 2nd RB yuki with deadly frost passive. i have 15 speed and 10 int which grant me 25% crit chance. on top of that this passive should grant me another 25% for a total of 50% crit rate. however this is not the case; i only have the 25% crit rate from my stats, the passive crit rate hasn't been granted

if you would ask around. it has already been confirmed this crit chance doesnt work for some reason
