set a 600 sec bounty on rod because he kept attacking village. we killed him. he was out in a few seconds. no idea how he did this. most of sound was online at the time so you can ask them if you want comfirmation of this..

its based on karma. if you have 300 and your missing nin. bounty has no effect. its 5 secs
