I was thinking we could add rare items that boost stats or add abilities. One item could be shackles of strength adding 75 atkpwr when you punch a chain will reach out and pull the enemy towards you dealing 5% of your atk power ,sorta like the 2nd hyuuga rb passives but instead of moving towards the enemy the enemy moves towards you but u will still deal normal atk damage shackles slows the enemy for 2 sec after being pulled.(pulling can only occur when the enemy is two tiles away) this item will be priced for about 25mil or maybe after 10 s ranks ill leave it up to u guys to decide. Please dont just say no give suggestions

another item is the Vison of Wisdom adding -25% handseal time -20%cooldown when u throw a kunai a laser will come out from the vision dealing 20% jutsu power shooting at 200% your throwing speed
