The conditions for the late night experience is simple. If you're on the list(s), you get exp. If you aren't, no experience. You got banned because you kept hounding him for experience you don't deserve.

Not getting FREE exp is not a big deal. You know rod doesn't like those AH's but your too lazy to train, so if people get banned over FREE exp shame on them.
