-So from what I was told Shadow Clones are the things leaving only Chakra bars behind everwhere.

-and from what I seen it looked like when NPCs are killed by DoT damage from Uchihas fire they left there HP and Chakra bar behind.

not just shadow clones but yuki's water clone also leaves chakra bars.
