Short and simple, there should be a toggle-able option for PVP for those who are low leveled and continue to get Player Killed constantly while training. At a certain level, and for certain missions, it could be toggled off permanently or for the duration of that mission.

I'm sorry, but this isn't likely, considering the major aspects of the game are centered around PvP. However, you are always able to train inside the hospital so that you won't be killed.

This would be pretty troll. Step 1. Make an alt Step 2. Log him off by bandum Step 3. Log on when bandum is being taken Step 4. Toggle pvp on and hit the people on the bandum Step 5. Toggle it back off

Which you can dis-allow obviously. You always come up with "holes" in suggestions yet all of them have remedies. You could also make it so ANBU can't teleport to them (before you say something like that).

Getting spam killed is the oldest nng tradition. Cant remove it just like that.
