Kage/AL list for Mods and ANBU/Member list for Kage/Akat

Title pretty much. Kages should have a list with their current ANBUs and be able to demote them even if theyre offline. Same for Aakat Leader for his members. And also another one with Kage/Akat Leader for Mods.

I've said several times in game that I would love to be able to see my anbu while they are offline, and I'll say it again here.
