Quality of Life changes (and a few new bugs related to them)

The tutorial doesn't mention specifically how to chat (/ to talk around you, tab to talk to village, delete to talk in OOC). I've met quite a few genins who don't know how to communicate.

The popup that informs you that a new mission is available has had black text color against a black background for the past several patches. Should be an easy fix, or it can be removed, because it already has a handy dandy HUD popup right now.

Scrolls of Secrets (SoS) are activated if you click them while on the ground, instead of being picked up. They should be picked up, not activated.

The 'New Mission' overlay on the HUD seems to pop up even when you have a mission already active. I think this has something to do with Rebirth.
