Kh papers bugged

For some reason after I died while trying to pick up the kh papers it bugged and now I can't I've relogged,had my variables reset even rejoined villages and canceled the mission, the only thing I noticed is from now on when I die In a kh and I try to collect their papers right after I die it says I've been interupted
