Palms, is instant takes all chakra and deals massive damage.
i'm level 80 capped 3777hp with a hokage suit. now kyuz can use palms un-Dodge able instant and can kill me at full health. please explain how this isn't op and how i should of combated this.

You got kinda low hp, but i agree with you. Was lvl 83-85 when i killed you with it, palms need a startup time or something to make jt avoidable, or else there is no way to avoid that ultimate...

It did have a start up time before, but Hyuugas would cry because people would sub out before it would actually start.
Edit:It's still avoidable, but it's like 1 second before the hits start. Also when I subbed out of it before, I was 3-4 tiles off the palms icon, and still ended up getting caught in it.

Perhaps palms needs a remake instead, seeing as there doesn't seem to be any winning with the current palms - it seems to be either OP or UP.

Yeah before the start up was taken away. Now you don't even need to empty palm before it
