| I believe that people are using handseals to get there cooldowns next to nothing, this ruins game play and unbalances it massively.
towards people who get 20-30 handseals.
i've had two chidoris hit me in 15-20 seconds.
Also will we be getting a better server we seem to lag alot. | |

| Proablly the uchiha had that passive from skill tree which lowers cd with 30handseals | |

| Cool, people wasting all their EXP on handseals gives them other lower stats which puts them at a disadvantage. | |
