Haven't tested it myself since I can't whip up scrolls, but this seems to be the problem some people are experiencing with learning it again.

Yeah I got the Secret Scroll I during my first rebirth and got Shadow clone jutsu, but after I RB again I lost the jutsu and when I found the scroll again It stated I already knew the content of the scroll and I was not eligible to use it even though I don't even have the shadow clone jutsu.
