Sand Gourd: Melee uses ninjutsu power instead of attack power

Won't let you wear glasses with headgear, and the Combat Helmet overlay needs to be fixed.

EDIT: Apparently you forgot "Combat Armor". Maybe also make the Ice Wolf armor do more, since it's 5mil over Blood Exile.

I don't think the Kage Suits, Blood Exile Armor, and Ice Wolf Armor should be on par together :/

Why? The first and second hokage wore those clothing. Why shouldn't the kages be able to choose how they look? If anything I should really reduce all 3 of their boosts.

Either reduce blood exile and frostwolf def boost or make them cost wayyyyyyy more

I only made like 20 mil in the time it took me to go from 60 to 120. A spiral mask+an armor basically costs 2.5 RB's worth of Ryo already.

Also people seem to be forgetting that Anbus/Kage still get their powered jutsu lol.

I just don't like the idea of everyone running around with Kage level clothing even though they stack multiplicatively now.

Kenzo you obviously have no idea what Kage power is. Kages get a jutsu that gives them +25% atk dmg and +35% def. As well as other buffs. The 5 from those cloths really is nothing at all. Does 5% from armor seem that op now?

what is really ridiculous is having a Uchiha only piece of clothing that adds 5% ninjutsu offense...which is a pretty high percentage compared to other offense pieces of clothing

blue shinobi shirt should have the 5% ninjutsu damage too

What about cloths having debuffs?
For example, rock lee suit giving you -5% nin def? Debuffs could be used to offer more speciliasation (the reason for skill trees) and not have everyone run around in blood exile Armour.

Also the akatsuki cloaks arnt listed. Do the akat get no bonuses while others do?

I'm sure Akatsuki will get their boosts like they normally do. And I agree with the debuff idea.

1.35 mil for a Blue Mist Coat that does nothing? I don't know could add a ninjutsu boost, or a run on water boost for that.

May i ask why Kage Armor is just as good as ANBU armor? Shouldn't it be better since it is a higher level of armor?
