inferno/amat/cd

inferno effect time should be decreased by 50% or its damage by 50%

amat is still just too op...i know that it has a high cd (u wish) and gives u a nice amount of blindness
but i still think it should be nerfed a bit more...maybe its damage
or make it so that u can activate it and it will drain a shitload of chakra every sec its activated until u deactivate it and it gets on cd

also high cd?...do u want to know my ninjutsu cd? its 36% and when i use mangekyou its 26%
36% means chidori every 8-10 sec..26% means amat every 1 min...
i know that part of it is because i have 25 hs cause of 1st rb uchiha and im capped at lvl 120
but i still think its too low...maybe lower the cd decrease of that passive or hs in general?

I agree with the Inferno nerf, and Amat needs a bigger setback imo. People see me and just turn on mang/amat then run at me blindly.

About HS, I think it's fine the way it is currently, Good for you that you have 36% CD tbh cause most people don't even get that much. I do think the passive should be lowered a bit though

I agree on the nerf for inferno, but I just think amat needs a lot longer CD. I know half of you people relog to reset your amat too, I'm jailing your ass if I see you do it.

Yeah the passive for the CDs should be nerfed, not HS in general. phoenix flower literally has a 2 second CD, for the amount of damage it does, it should not be that low.

Inferno does a shitload of damage and lasts way too much, sometimes i feel like it lasts even more than any flames jutsu...
Also amat is fast as fuck and damage so fucking much, should atleast stop damaging if the user isnt in the black fire's screen
And i feel like handseal is good tbh.
But yeah, nerf em uchihas

I've had my Amat consume over 500 chakra with 98 chakra control.

Inferno does about 100 damage over the duration to someone with ~20% defense at 30 nin with all Uchiha skill tree buffs when I was an ANBU.
