Only thing its usefull for is a def buff, but it does very little damage and i never see it reflect any damage back to these kag/hyuugas just raping me. And i have 30 int, 5/5 inner chakra, 3/3 wind shield, and 2/2 razor winds.

A 25% def buff to all incoming damage is pretty solid.
