Picture too small, however it's a bug that happens with tsunami. Most of the time people don't do it on purpose.

Unfortunately, you'll have to deal with this, until it's somehow fixed. All Sands use Tsunami, since it's especially useful in-front of Kage houses (where NPCS also are) to catch as much noobs as possible.
