Well, you can't really deny the fact that he's good playing a Kaguya. He's been playing a Kag ever since I know him, which is a few wipes back. Basically he is "one" with his clan.
Although a high tier player on a high tier clan, doesn't indicate a player's overall skill that easily. I know that the biggest problem for Kag players is to get used to the difficulty of playing other clans. That is why Kags get low rankings because they're a lot easier to play. Which is also why Yuki's get higher ranks more easily, because they require so much more effort.

Irusai, you for instance played damn well with multiple Clans, including your godlike Sandie Very Happy

Heck.. I'd dare any Kaguya player to make a Nara, and beat a Kaguya with it. How many of them will succeed you think? I think probably only you.

It's really difficult for me to decide who deserves DL 10 imo. Bam is certainly not the one, as he beats some 9.0/9.5, but loses to another few.

I have the same problem. I usually beat most 9.5, but I lose against Kaguyas. And I have a hard time against your Uchiha.

Yomi stomps on Kaguya/Snake and Uchiha's, but has a hard time against me.

John might quit byond.

The biggest candidate is Cheese.

Sly. They call him: The Olympic Runner. A Snake with a great Regen, a decent Edo, and a highly populated Village. He's known for his excellent survival abilites. Some say, he's also excellent in off-screen combat. Either way, it doesn't change the fact that he has come far in the game, by becoming the Hokage. His abilities don't stand out much, though you still require to have a ''delicate'' approach to beat this guy. And with delicate I mean: ''You gotta capture this Pokemon before he uses Flee.''

In other words, aim for a Critical-Hit that is Super-effective. Or he might just come back to bite you, eventually.
