Hello, and welcome to the patch notes for the upcoming version 2.8 update.
This update, for the most part, is focused on bringing back the play style Version 1.96 had, the play style that took NNG to high heights, while bringing new life to a tired system. So, let's jump in! Let's start with clans that will be making their debut.

!!! indicates what will be in the initial update. All other things on the list will come in stages later on.

Sound Manipulator

One of the fan favorites from 1.96 is making it's return! It will of course retain it's key features while gaining some new neat techs that will make it unlike any other.

Jutsus:

All of their damaging jutsus passively apply stacks of Rupture to enemies. Enemies are debuffed when they hit amounts of stacks. Stacks fall off one at a time every 3 seconds.
3 stacks = A weak slow
6 stacks = -10% defense
9 stacks = Vision damage
12 stacks = Vision damage rank 2
20 stacks = Hotslot confusion

Sound Echo - Fires an air blast that loses strength as it travels, but significantly strengthens as it bounces off walls. The damage and knock back increase as the strength increases. Will go through Sound Barrier to enter it, but will then bounce off the walls inside it.

Sound Release: Sonoportation - Activate to gain 3 stacks of sonoportation. You can then expel those charges to dash forward a short distance at the speed of sound. Teleports have one second cooldowns between them. You can teleport in and out of Sound Barrier. Justu goes on cooldown after 10 seconds or upon use of the 3rd charge.

Sound Release: Vibrational Counter - Knocks back enemies in a cone in front of you and deflects incoming projectiles. If used right after Sound Echo, the air blasts movement speed is greatly increased.

Frequency Manipulation - An 8 second buff that increases the frequency of your jutsus, causing them to deal 15% more damage and apply double stacks of rupture. Additionally, slow durations are reduced by 50% while this is active.

Sound Release: Blast Wave - Releases chakra with a loud shout in the form of a blast wave, damaging and knocking back enemies based on how close they are to you. If they collide with a wall, the damage is doubled and they are stunned for 2 seconds.

Vibrating Sound Drill - Creates a powerful sound wave that carries enemies forward as it collides with them.

Sound Barrier - Creates a 4 sided chakra barrier that encloses people inside it, applying a stack of Rupture to enemies inside every second. People inside cannot see outside, and people outside the barrier cannot see inside. You can punch a way into the barrier. The amount of punches needed is based on the owner's chakra control. All your damaging jutsus will go through the barrier. The chakra barrier's initial lifetime is 10 seconds, but will stay up as long as the owner is inside it and if no one has punched a hole in it.

Super Sonic Sound Wave - Quickly creates a giant sound wave in the shape of a cone, covering up a massive amount of terrain under it's destructive force.


Nagato Clan (TBA at a later date)

Jutsus:

Rinnegan - Grants access to the rest of the jutsus. Additionally, you gain increased chakra regeneration and a small resistance to slows.

Shinra Tensei (Almighty Push) - Pushes enemies and projectiles away by manipulating repulsive force, dealing damage to enemies. If enemies are pushed into a wall, they take additional damage.

Banshō Ten'in (Universal Pull) - Pulls enemies to you by manipulating attractive force, damaging enemies caught. You can pull multiple enemies, and if enemies collide with each other, they take additional damage.

Tengai Shinsei - Fires a massive meteor at enemies in front of you, dealing tremendous damage to enemies hit by it.

Outer Path - Nearby allies that take fatal damage remain as a dead body for 20 seconds. If you can get to them, you can revive them with Outer Path, restoring half their health and chakra. You must channel for 3 seconds to revive allies, which can be interrupted by enemies nearby if they damage or move you.

Six Paths of Pein - Allows you to control 6 bodies. The 6 bodies you control will copy whatever jutsus you use, but deal highly reduced effects/damage. AoE jutsus used by the player are prioritized over the copies.

Chibaku Tensei - Releases a black sphere from your hands that acts as a center of gravity, drawing in nearby enemies and projectiles if they get too close to it.

 



Weapon Specialist

Akimichi (TBA at a later date)

The Akimichi clan uses a calorie system in place of energy. You regenerate 2 calories a second.

Jutsus:

Mutli-Size Technique - This jutsu allows you to increase your body size based on the amount of calories you have stored up. This technique requires at least 25 calories to use. At 50 calories, your body size is 150% of normal size. Anything above 75 calories doubles your body size. Activation drains all calories stored.

Chubby Dive - The user jumps into the air and lands a distance in front of him, crushing anyone he lands on. At body size 1, you jump 9 spaces in front of you. At body size 2, you jump 6 spaces in front of you. At body size 3, you jump 3 spaces in front of you.

Calorie Conversion - You convert all remaining calories into hp at a conversion rate of x3, and gain a damage increase on your next attack equal to 1% per calorie converted.

Butterfly Bullet Bombing - You crush the ground, causing a slab of earth to pop up out of the ground a large distance in front of you. You then gather a large amount of chakra and concentrate it into your palm. After this, you dash forward, carrying enemies you collide with a distance forward. You deal initial damage when you collide with an enemy, and then deal additional damage to enemies if you ram them into the slab of earth. The size of the slab depends on your body size.

Open Hand Technique - Activating this jutsu creates special markings on your hand, causing them to glow bright blue. For 10 seconds, you gain a large amount of attack power and your melees smash enemies into the ground, immobilizing them for 1 second. However, your attack speed is set to a fixed rate, and enemies can only be smashed into the ground once every 3 seconds.

Partial Multi-Size Technique - The user quickly swells up one of his arms and sends it forward, attempting to grab an enemy. If he does, he may choose to either hold them there in place for 1.5 seconds, or activate the jutsu again to pull them to him. After either choice, he squeezes his hand, dealing damage to the caught enemy.

Human Bullet Tank - Causes the user to turn into a human sized ball, they then tuck their limbs in and use chakra to propel them into motion. When you collide with an enemy, you knock them back a great distance and deal damage. The longer you roll, the longer the damage and knock back is. While rolling, you are not able to use any other jutsus. The size of the ball is dependent on body size.  

Three Colored Pills - First activation causes you to eat the green spinach pill, increasing your attack power by 10%, your ninjutsu and taijutsu resistance by 15, and your health regeneration by 10. Second activation causes you to eat the yellow curry pill, doubling the green pill buffs. Third activation causes you to eat the red chili pill, granting buffs equal to 5x the amount of the green pill. Each buff lasts 45 seconds, and the timer is reset if you eat another pill. After the 45 seconds, you gain a large debuff, the severity of which depends on the last pill that was eaten. The green pill debuff is +20% damage taken and -20% damage dealt. The yellow pill debuff is +50% damage taken and -50% damage dealt. The red pill debuff is +100% damage taken, -100% damage dealt, and you lose the ability to regenerate hp. The debuff lasts 90 seconds.  


Elements: !!!
You'll be able to choose one of five elements during character creation.
Elements able to be chosen include Fire, Water, Lightning, Wind, and Earth.
You learn jutsus from your element at levels 15, 30, 45, and 60.
You deal 5% more damage and take 5% less damage against elements you're strong against.
For example, the Water element would do 5% more damage and take 5% less damage against the Fire element.

Water:

Water Ball - Fires a fast moving ball of water that covers an enemy in water, dealing damage and applying the Drench debuff for 7 seconds.

Man-Eating Sharks - Fires 5 hungry sharks. They take a bite of enemies as they pass through them, dispersing shortly after. The sharks deal 20% more damage against Drenched targets.

Drilling Water Blasts - Fires 3 water blasts that are very long in length, damaging enemies as they pass through them. If the enemy is afflicted with the Drench debuff, the blasts carry them along with them instead, dealing extra damage.

Water Dragon - After a brief delay, a dragon made of water erupts from underneath nearby enemies, carrying them high into the air before dispersing, causing them to fall from a high distance. The range of water dragon is greatly increased against drenched targets.


Wind:

Passively gains Shred stacks when using your wind elemental jutsus. Every stack causes your next wind elemental jutsu to become empowered.

Colliding Wind Waves - Fires 5 waves of dense wind that damages and pushes back enemies. Each wave pushes back enemies 2 tiles, with the final wave pushing them back 5 tiles. If Colliding Wind Waves is empowered, the waves become 2 tiles bigger.

Wind Hurricane - Fires a wind funnel that traps enemies as it collides with them. Enemies caught spin at fast speeds and are unable to move. If Wind Hurricane is empowered, the enemy is also carried upwards and crash into the ground, dealing additional damage.

Slicing Air Bullets - Fires a wind bullet that explodes into a field of slicing wind blades. Enemies caught in the field are damaged and are slightly dragged towards the middle of the explosion. If Slicing Air Bullets is empowered, the size of the explosion is increased.

Rasenshuriken - Creates two clones as you charge up chakra, shaking your screen as you do so. After the charge time, you'll be able to move around freely. If Rasenshuriken is not empowered, your F attack will cause you to dash forward, drilling into enemies you collide with and causing an explosion. Otherwise, Your F attack will launch the shuriken forward. After traveling a certain distance or colliding with something, the central sphere of the shuriken detonates, producing a vortex of wind in the immediate area. Activate the jutsu again to detonate the shuriken early.


Fire:

Passively afflicts Blaze stacks against targets you damage with your fire elemental jutsus. You can afflict up to 5 stacks, and deal (5% * blaze stack) ninjutsu damage per second. Stacks fall off one at a time every 3 seconds.

Fire Blast - Fires a blast of fire that damages enemies as it passes through them and afflicts a stack of Blaze. The blast will bounce off of anything that is not a player, and can bounce up to 5 times.

Fire Dragon - Fires a dragon made of fire that will destroy anyone unlucky enough to be caught in it's way. Upon damaging an enemy, the dragon splits into smaller versions of itself and continues to seek enemies to engulf. Enemies struck by the large dragon are afflicted with 2 stacks of Blaze, and are afflicted with 1 stack if hit by the smaller dragons.

Ash Pile Burning - Spews a stream of chakra-infused gunpowder from your mouth, which surrounds the immediate area. Enemies caught in the ash cloud are covered in it, reducing their vision for 5 seconds. Fire elemental jutsus that hit ash covered enemies ignite the ash, dealing extra damage, knocking them back slightly, and applying 2 stacks of Blaze.

Fire Graveyard - You quickly create patches of fire that form into a prison-like shape. The fire remains there for 7 seconds. Enemies who pass through the fire are slowed and are given max stacks of Blaze.

Earth:

Passively gains Thorned Armor stacks as you damage enemies with your earth elemental jutsus. You gain 5 ninjutsu and taijutsu resistance per stack. Stacks fall off one at a time after 5 seconds and you can get up to 10 stacks.

Earth Dome - Creates a dome of rock around you, granting damage immunity for up to 10 seconds and 1 stack of Thorned Armor per second. While inside the dome, you can click on your screen to impale that location with earth spears, up to 3 times. You can activate the jutsu again to retract the the dome and surrender the remaining stacks of your earth spears.  

Denting Blows (Passive) - Every 3rd melee or Earth elemental jutsu against the same target deals extra damage, reduces their taijutsu resistance by 20 for 10 seconds, and draws the enemy towards you slightly.

Assimilation: Sinkhole - You jump high into the air, becoming untargetable. You can then click someone on your screen, which will cause you to crash into that location, creating a sinkhole. Enemies nearby are damaged and if they are within 1 tile of you, you encase them in a spherical rock prison for 1.5 seconds.

Assimilation: Rock Tank - You create a large mass of rock, and crush it into a big ball around you, becoming a destructive tank made of rock. You then use chakra to propel you into motion, crushing anything you come across. This jutsu lasts 5 seconds or until you manually deactivate it. While under the effects of the jutsu, you cannot use jutsus or attack.



Lightning:

Passively gains a stack of Zap! every 60 seconds. You can have only have stack at a time. Damaging an enemy with your lightning elemental jutsus while you have a stack of Zap! will silence them for 2.5 seconds.

Bolt Bombs - Creates a small black electric bomb in your hand. After a brief delay, you hurl it in front of you. Activating the jutsu again causes the bomb to expand and split into 3 larger bombs that deal increased damage. You may then click somewhere on your screen and cause the enlarged bombs to converge on that location.  

Lightning Fang - Fires a lightning projectile in the shape of a fang. Upon contact, the fang damages enemies and surges, separating it and causing lightning to fly in all directions.

Liger Bomb - Covers you in lightning chakra as you charge forward, grabbing a hold of anyone in front of you. You then pick them up above your head, and smash them into the ground with a powerbomb, dealing massive damage. You are able to turn and throw them in any direction you choose.

Kirin - Clouds begin to form above you. After briefly drawing energy from the clouds, Kirin descends, bringing down a barrage of lightning strikes as he does so. The energy from Kirin is so strong that it shakes the screen of anyone near him, intensifying as people get closer to him.  



Element Fusions:

At character creation, you're able to pick your first element. There will be two element scrolls on the map that allow
you to create an element fusion. The element scrolls would be one of 5 elements. Your first element would combine with the element from the scroll to create your element fusion. Each element fusion would come with one additional jutsu on
top of your current 4 jutsus from your first element.



Day/Night System:
This system is on a 60 minute cycle.
Cycles through Sunrise => Sunset => Dusk => Sunrise.
Village NPCs are weakest at Sunrise, strongest at Sunset, average at Dusk.
Monsters spawn inside the villages during Dusk (wolves, spiders, a demon boar).
Monsters despawn at the start of Sunrise.



Campaign Battles:
Note: This is likely to be the last thing on the list to do, because of how much work it's going to take. I'm aware this is
not a story line from Naruto, and I reallllyy don't care. I've never really followed the Anime anyways.

Outside of each village, there will be a NPC you can talk to you that will teleport you 100 years into the past, during the time of the Great Crystal War. In the past, your surroundings are vastly different. The areas in the past are always contested and are always in danger of an outbreak of war. At any time, areas can be invaded by either offensive or defensive forces, starting what will be called a Campaign Battle. Let's say Leaf is being invaded by dangerous criminals, the players are on the defensive side, and their objective is to fight off the invaders before they destroy your stronghold tower, located in the middle of whatever area is being invaded. However, the Leaf War Council can also invade areas controlled by criminals, placing the players on the offensive side. In this case, the forces sent by the Leaf War Council and the players will try to destroy the enemy stronghold tower. To participate in a Campaign Battle, you must be at least level 75, ranked Chunin or higher, and have a Campaign Sigil placed on you by the War Council of your village, which will be located in your Kage house. Any participation in a Campaign Battle will grant exp and Allied Notes, which can be used to buy gear exclusively from the past. Depending on how much you participate in Campaign Battles, you build up an Allied Score, which earns you Medals based on how well you do. The higher Medal you get, the better gear you can buy. However, if you have, let's say, a Gold Medal, and you stop doing Campaign Battles for awhile, you'll be asked to surrender your medal back to your War Council and will receive a Silver Medal instead. As you build up Allied Score, you're able to be evaluated by the War Council (once per day), and if you're deemed worthy of a Medal or a Medal Promotion, you will be awarded the medal. Gear by level is listed below for Medals.

Copper Medal: Level 50-70 gear
Silver Medal: Level 70-90 gear
Gold Medal: Level 90-110 gear
Platinum Medal: Level 110-130 gear
Diamond Medal: Level 130-150 gear


Dynamis:
Likely to be included in the same update as Campaign Battles. Again, I'm aware this is not from Naruto, still don't care.

To enter Dynamis, you must meet the following prerequisites:

Level 85 or higher
Rank Chunin or higher
Completion of a small mission
Pay 100 ryo

Dynamis is a parallel dimension, separate from reality. It's a dream world inhabited by many dangerous foes and animals that were born there or entered the realm at some point. If you've met the prerequisites listed above, you can enter Dynamis through any of the starting villages. If you enter from Leaf, you're teleported into Dynamis: Leaf. You'll spawn on the right side of the Leaf village, and can make your way through the village as many animals and enemy shinobi (NPCs) spawn. Same goes for the other villages. Once you've entered Dynamis, if you die or choose to leave, you're unable to return for 1 hour. The goal of Dynamis is to collect currency, known as Relics. You have a chance to obtain relics when you kill animals or enemy shinobi. Upon entering Dynamis, you're given an escape scroll, which you can use to leave Dynamis early, starting your 1 hour suspension. It has a 30 second activation time, and cannot be used with enemies around you. The Relics you obtain through Dynamis can be used to augment gear with stats of your choosing, up to a cap. The drop rate of most of the Relics will be 10-25%, and between 1-3 are able to drop per kill. There is one mega boss per village, and if you land the killing blow on him, you've completed that village and no longer have to pay to enter that Dynamis area. Anyone who meets the prerequisites can join any Dynamis village area at any time, but you cannot hurt other players. Once you've completed all 3 Dynamis villages, you're able to join Dynamis: Mount Zhaylem, which features a brand new area, the best gear in the game, serves as the game's hardest content to date. Unlike the 3 Dynamis villages, there is only a single enemy on the battlefield, a very powerful dark kindred named Vincent, who has the ability to flip the switch between life and death. Everyone in the area of Dynamis: Mount Zhaylem is awarded the win if you're able to defeat him. Getting the win in Dynamis: Mount Zhaylem unlocks Merit Mode, which converts your experience points into Limit Points. Every 250 Limit Points you obtain earns you a Merit Point. Merit points are used to augment your clan's jutsus, which will be explained at a later date.



Damage Resistances: !!!
We are adding stats called Taijutsu Resistance and Ninjutsu Resistance, bringing the amount of levelable stats to 9. These
stats are, as their name says, meant to defend against a certain kind of damage. If you want to be tanky against clans
that utilize physical damage, you'd go with Taijutsu Resistance. The same goes with ninjutsu damage and ninjutsu defense. I'm not going to disclose the formula the game will use at this time, but it is worth noting it will employ a system of diminishing returns. As you get more and more Taijutsu Resistance, the stat will start to give you less and less, same with Ninjutsu Resistance. It is like this to avoid people being able to get 100% damage reduction. It won't happen. Don't even try. The addition of these stats make it more safe to remove the stat caps that have hindered our goal of diversity, we'd like everyone to be different.



Exams/Perks:
A few things are being removed, and this system is here to take their place. Rebirth, end-game missions, and auto ranks
are all being removed. In their place, there will be a revised Genin/Chunin exam you must complete to go through the
ranks. After the Chunin exam you'll be able to be promoted to Jounin (then ANBU) by the Kage of your village. After passing each exam, you'll be able pick from a list of perks that will strengthen your character. The perks are listed below.

Post Genin Exam Perk:
You're given 10 free stats that you're allowed to allocate into any stat you want. As an example, if you want to do 4 Str and 6 Int, you're welcome to.

Post Chunin Exam Perks:
Perk 1 - All attacks deal an extra 8 unmitigated damage.
Perk 2 - Deal 1% more damage for every 100 maximum health you have.
Perk 3 - Deal 1% more damage for every 50 maximum chakra you have.
Perk 4 - You regenerate 8 hp every 3 seconds. (160 per minute).
Perk 5 - Increases critical strike chance by 15%.
Perk 6 - Your attacks poison enemies for 5 seconds, dealing 1% of their maximum health per second (doubled against slowed or stunned targets) and stopping their regeneration. Does not stack, and has a 30 second cooldown.
Perk 7 - You take 15% less damage from enemies that are the same clan as you.



Economy System: !!!
Kages get a command that allows them to set up to a 20% tax on missions and shops.
Taxes taken from missions/shops are sent to a village bank.
The ryo from the village bank can be used by the Kage to set village priorities or make truces with the Akatsuki.



Village Priorities: !!!
Village Priorities are village wide buffs that a Kage can pool resources into.
Only Kages or ANBU Leaders can set village priorities, and they cost 200 ryo from the village bank.
Attaining a Golden Age extends the village priority by 20 minutes.
Priorities last for an hour, and will automatically attempt to renew themselves if money is found in the village bank.
Can be canceled early by a Kage or ANBU Leader, and will refund 1 ryo for every minute left on the timer.

Aggressiveness - Increases damage by 20%
Wealth - Increases ryo gain from missions by 20%
Influence - Increases influence gain by 20%
Training - Increases the rate of training by 20%
Health - Reduces recovery time by 20%
Sabotage - Lower the influence gain of the other villages by 20%



Arena System:
An arena will be mapped inside the iron village.
The arena is a safe zone, and arena challenges will be held automatically every hour.
You can enter by clicking on the sign in sheet on the right hand wall.
Challenges will be held one at a time, and the last man standing is crowned the winner.
The winner will have a statue of them placed outside the arena door.



Bijuu System:
Nibi spawns around Sound, Kyuubi around Leaf, and Shukaku around Sand.
Walking near the Bijuu causes it to attack you.
Each Bijuu uses it's own set of jutsus.
The person who defeats the Bijuu seals it, becoming a Jinchuuriki.
Jinchuurikis have +500 maximum hp, infinite chakra, and +0.5 attack/ninjutsu power per level.
Killing an opposing village's Jinchuuriki grants 10 influence.
Villages gain -10% recovery time, -10% mission cooldowns, and +10% training speed per Bijuu controlled.
Jinchuuriki's get a special jutsu, depending on what Jinchuuriki they are.
Nibi gets Great Claw Attack.
Kyuubi gets Tailed Beast Bomb.
Shukaku gets Drilling Air Bullet.
A Jinchuuriki is lost when you log out or when someone kills you, which transfers it to them.



Bijuu Village Attacks:
Every 2-4 hours, large-scale Bijuus spawn outside the villages.
Leaf = Kyuubi.
Sand = Shukaku.
Sound = Nibi.
They fire beast bombs through out the villages, dealing 500 damage to enemies hit.
People can run out to fight the Bijuus.
The Bijuus have 850k hp, and regenerate 100 hp per second if they are below 20% hp.
The Bijuus spawn with a random weakness, which will have to be found by fighting it and trying to figure out what it is.
It picks from one of 4 weaknesses (fire type jutsus, weaponry, melee, ultimate jutsus).
Hitting the Bijuu with it's weakness has a chance to stagger it for 60 seconds.
A staggered Bijuu cannot attack or regenerate, and grants +50% rewards upon death.



Sound 4:
Elite ninja tasked by the Sound Leader with the destruction of the Sand Village and protection of the Sound Leader.
There can obviously only be 4 members at a time.
Sound Leader can demote and promote members, and demotion turns them into an ANBU.
Sound 4 Members gain 5% damage and defense, doubled against Sand villagers.
Sound 4 Members gain 3 influence against Sand villagers of Jounin rank or higher.
If the Sound Leader is demoted, the highest level member of the Sound 4 takes his place.
Sound 4 Members get a gray version of the SL suit, with reduced stats.
The Sound Leader can summon the Sound 4 members, on a 5 minute cooldown.



Housing System:
Houses can be rented by people.
This is done so by clicking on the rental sign in front of the house.
It costs an initial 50 ryo, then an additional 10 ryo every hour to keep the house.
The owner of the house can lock/unlock the house, thus denying or allowing entry.
People from inside the house can see outside.
You spawn inside your own house when you die, and spend the recovery time there.
Additionally, you take 20% less damage, and deal 20% more.
The inside of your house is customizable, and you can paint the house different colors.
You can sell your house for half the amount of the initial cost.
You train 15% faster while inside your own house.

Genins - 0 Influence
Chunins - 0.5 Influence
Jounins - 1 Influence
ANBUs - 2 Influence
ANBU Leaders - 3 Influence
Kages/Leaders - 5 Influence
Jinchuurikis - 10 Influence
D-Ranked Missions - 0.25 Influence
C-Ranked Missions - 0.5 Influence
B-Ranked Missions - 1 Influence
A-Ranked Missions - 1.5 Influence
S-Ranked Missions - 2 Influence
Neutral Villages - +0.3 influence per village controlled on missions



General Changes:
- The Spider clan is being converted into 100% attack power. !!!
- Missions will be on a lower cooldown, and give a little more exp. !!!
- Missions will have a small chance to give random pieces of armor.
- Killing players will grants more exp, so raiding is more worth it. !!!
- Clothing is getting stats again! A guide will be posted at a later time. !!!
- Villages under 80% influence are considered to be in a dark age. A dark age causes an increased price from shops and lower ryo/exp gain from missions.
- Village Leaders will be able to ally with the Akatsuki. The village and akatsuki will not be able to hurt eachother, and the influence gain the Akatsuki gets will go towards the village instead.
- A spawn penalty: Killing someone within 10 seconds of them leaving their hospital adds 20 seconds on to your next recovery time. !!!
- Proficiency is a little buggy right now, it'll be more stable.
- Some jutsu collision (sand coffin for example), is clunky. It'll be more stable.
- OOC removed, radios re-added as primary form of communication. Will come with a public channel. !!!
- You will not be able to learn all your jutsus until you progress to certain ranks. !!!
- Chunin Exam will auto pass you if you get 10/10 on the exam and are the only one participating. !!!
- All buildings will have an inside made for them.
- There will be guides on the forums (stat, jutsu, clothing, village priorities, rebirth, damage charts). !!!
- There will be official rules on the forums (player, GM, Kage). !!!
- A new bug system (Hayate). !!!
- A new chat system (Reformist). !!!
- The train rate will be set to 150%, and the exp system will get some tweaks. !!!
- You will be able to be any clan, and from any village you want. !!!
- The Mist Village will be mapped and playable.
- All tool-tips not already completed will be done.
- Adding explosive tags, buy able from the weapon shop.
- Will be adding more secret scrolls.
- Shrine and other exp boosts will be removed or nerfed. !!!
- A crowd control bar will be added.
- Meditate will be moved back to the arrow keys. !!!

Brb finding words for my all of my yes. And great job! Half of these ideas everyone has probably thought of atleast once or twice and they're so simple! But.. great?! Does that make sense? Like night time etcetera. Naturally the elements might need tweaking but i look forward to it !

Anyway I had to repost this cuz my internet cut off momentarily so here I go.

All wind jutsu like Hurricane and "slice" in it need to have bleed effect. Think I'm trippin'? Head to the anime.

Remove Rasenshuriken, good idea and all but nah, too cliché.

For fire jutsus

Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning

The chakra-infused gunpowder is spewed from the user's mouth and then ignited, engulfing the target in flames.

Fire Release: Flaming Shuriken

Shuriken infused with Fire Nature causing more damage than regular shuriken

Fire Release: Flame Whirlwind

The blaze is drawn into a spiral when the user expands their stomach,[1] which will engulf the opponent in a massive vortex, giving them no option to escape, leaving them to suffer and burn.

Fire Release: River Of Flames

Fire that is shot at the ground cause it to spead and burn anyone who comes in contact with it burning them to ashes.

No time to sit around i'll come with other suggestions when I get out of work.

Dante i am so hype for this update u don't even know and its going to be on the same week as my birthday ( June 3 is my birthday) so best gift ever. I got a few suggestion that i was thinking today at work xD yea when i get bored at work i don't know why but i think most of the time on new shit for NNG so i was thinking if your going to give Sound "The Sound 4" it might overpopulate the village so why not give Leaf and Sand special squad too. For instance Leaf can get "Root" and Sand still don't know but yea and give them the same purpose like "Sound 4" so it won't overpopulate the village. There was something else too i was thinking if u where bringing the 1.96 SL where he gives Cursed seal why not just let him exclusively just give it to the special squad. If so the Hokage can give his special squad ummm Sharigan Implant and Sand can give Sand Armor to his special squad. Idk some suggestion that I think are cool for the game and good job on this update man really hype for it.

Lightning Element Jutsu List

Weak Against Wind

Specialty
Stacks up Volts within the human body once it reaches 50,000 volts your enemy will be stunned for .8 seconds and slowed for 3 seconds.
(Total slow time is 2.2 seconds)

Jutsu


  • Lightning Release Chakra Mode - The user will wrap their body in a lyaer of electricity and increase their defense by 5% per volt stack given to your enemy. Cannot go over 60%. Duration is 8 seconds.



  • Lightning Senbon - You throw a wave of senbon that are coated with electricity. Making contact with an enemy will deal a total of 75 damage damage total over time and add volts into their body.



  • Lightning Release Lariat - You will dash forward and if you connect with your enemy you will both be stunned for .5 seconds and your enemy will get knocked onto the floor dealing [xdamage](+ninpwer)(+atkpwer).



  • Lightning Release Kirin - The user will be stunned for 3 seconds while preparing the lightning strike once it's ready you will strike anyone within a 4x4 range instantly causing knockback and dealing 100 damage(+ninpwer).(+atkpwer - If volts are 10,000 or more the enemy will automatically be shocked by the volt effects). [Only if atk power is greater then a certain number.]

Sound Manipulator Diamond Passive


  • Rashoumon - The User summons a giant wall that blocks all damage , Everytimes it's hit the user's damage is increased by 2% up to a total stack of 20%. You are able to summon more depending on the amount of Chakra control you have.(Up to a total of 3)



Weapon Specialist Diamond Passive


  • Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain Disaster - The user will toss a scroll in the air that will rain down random weapons on the enemy(ies) below. Each weapon has it's own different effect.


Knife - Very low cooldown, low damage.
Sickle - Moderate cooldown, low damage, semi-homing.
Ball and Chain - Longest cooldown, highest damage, applies a weak slow.

Nah, it'D be better to give them something that actually relates to it. Say, taking 10% of the damage from the next five sound moves and adding the same amount of rupture stacks as the Jutsu would give.

Rashoumon is something Orochimaru Summons but like I was basing is on Berlin's Idea of it but added and editing my own touches with it Surprised But you have to think about it this is Diamond Passive so it would make sense to give a useful endgame. And to keep it from being broke I added a Limit to it for jutsus that multihit.

TBH I wouldn't mind a delay nor would I be surprised if it was delayed at all. Don't forget Dante was in an accident during work and he is still in recovery. So don't be joking around o,o not trying to sound so serious but that's why i tell people it's likely not gonna happen on June 1st and besides he has more personal issues going on so I would prefer a well put time taken update then a rushed or incomplete update. Stay Strong Dante!

lol DLC well its for the best i suppose Very Happy So when you choose an element is it gonna be on character creation screen? If so then i can make that on the CC screen.
