CDR cap - 50%

Cooldown reduction is now capped at 50%. Any extra will go to attack power and ninjutsu power respectively.

a cap on cdr seems legit but that anything extra will go into attack/nin power seems a bit op
with mangekyou id have 26% cd...that would now mean 50% cd and extra 24% ninjutsu damage or am i misunderstanding it?

nope ap cap is at 90 too if u got 30 str and 30 tai
but ppl will complain about that instead of low cd uchihas now do more damage
so it wouldnt be a nerf in their eyes
same like inferno...if ur skilled its a buff but if ur a nub thats just spamming without aiming its a nerf

I don't think Uchihas are completely revamped yet, actually. So there is no way to tell if they'll be op with this yet. Though to me it seems everything that has anything to do with Uchiha doesn't seem to ever be a real nerf. Though not necessarily a buff either. They just seem to stay the same to me, honestly.

And AP gets sword boosts too. And does this attack increase effect do the same for AP.

Edit: Actually, now that I've done the math in order for a tai clan to get this boost they'd need the wind passive for 40 speed, and they'd have to have either implants or a passive that decreases taijutsu CDs.

this cdr cap was mainly made for nin clans most likely even cause of uchiha
the main idea is more damage for less spam
since tai users never got less than 50% cd and cant rly be seen as spammers
they wouldnt have a drawback from cdr cap so most likely no damage increase in return

i take back what i said
the second uchiha rb passive which gave us -20% cd was changed
so its probably hard as hell to get below 50% even if ur an uchiha

EDIT: 30 hs, 40 speed and -10% cd passive from wind + all uchiha cdr passive and sharingan would make it around 32% cd

i just noticed with that build u could have gotten 12% cd before the uchiha second rebirth passive was changed lmao

CD doesn't start at 100%. Pretty sure it starts at 110%.

Pretty sure this change broke Uchiha's chain ninjutsu. I'm at 69.5% CD with sharingan on. Taking all 5 points of chain ninjutsu doesn't change my CDR and doesn't give me any more nin power.
