I tested it with implants on my iron. It works rather you're using sharingan or not.

What was the calculation formula? As in, did your nin raise by a % or..?

No since Ninjutsu shows how long the cooldown is instead of showing how much CDR you have.

Example: Ninjutsu Cooldown: 71% (I think that's what my sand's nin cd is) anyway its saying my cooldowns are 71% (100% would be normal cd) 50% would be half of their normal cd. So every 1% under 50% is +1 nin power

Example: 47% Nin cooldown - Cooldowns are 50% and you have +3 Nin power

For some reason I can't grasp this.

This is how im looking at it,

You have 40% nin colldown due to int ,handseals, etc etc.

So if cap is 50% on cooldowns, do you get 10% CD?

and where is 100% coming from??

If you have 40% CDs it will show 50% in ninjutsu CDs, but when you look at your ninjutsu power, you will see that you have gained 10 ninjutsu power.

okay in ur stats tab you have a stat called Ninjutsu Cooldown. It shows how much of a cooldown your jutsus have. 100% Ninjutsu would be a normal cooldown on jutsus.. lets say a jutsu has 5 second cooldown for example.

Cooldown reduction reduces your Ninjutsu Cooldown. So if you have 20% CDR and if base Nin cd is 100% your Nin cd would be 80%

and your 5 sec cd jutsu would have a cd of 4sec instead.

If you have below 50% Nin cooldown your jutsus wont go below half of their cd however for each 1% below 50% cooldown you gain 1 nin power.

If you have say.. 40% nin cooldown your 5 sec jutsu would only have a 2.5 sec cooldown and you would have +10 nin power.

How would you boost your own CD rate?

Since, if you get more handeseals it does -.75%CD. So If I got 10 handseals I would have 43%-ish CD, so I would have 7% more nin power?

Rod, just do it and use it for yourself. It is just too damn hard to explain it over the pc. If you are thinking that there must be a drawback, there isn't. Just do it and I'm telling you it will be worth your while.

Get Youre nin CD to 50, and when you're ready to go under 50 level up and watch your nin power go up.

No but for real i want to know so i can double check my shits, i cant believe my build would have 89% CDR, that'd be +39 nin powah, seems way too good to be real so i need to know by how much each stat that reduces C/D reduces it

HS decreases ninjutsu CD by 0.75% per lvl.
Speed decreases ninjutsu CD by 0.5% per lvl and also decreases taijutsu CD by 1.2% per lvl.

And that's it.

Phew, i knew it was way too OPed. I was using the months old thread about the "new" stats/training. So it said that nin decreases it by 1% per level and int by 0.25% per lvl, thats why.

68% CDR makes more sense than 89% lol
