This is hardly abuse. Wow, you get ~2-3k bonus xp to start off, big deal. If you RB from a Snake and have Immortality Jutsu on cooldown you will revive with 30% health when your next RB dies snake-style, then it will never work again for the rest of that RB.
I reiterate, this is a niche issue and isn't worth the time and energy to fix it, since the benefit is one-time and short lived.

lol, it's enough to get you into the high int or speed levels if you didnt get a rebirth providing you with it, just giving a notice.
