Rebirth cap

You could let ppl rebirth more than 3 times but those additional rebirthes wouldnt give you any perks aside from the ability to change your current clan (maybe archievement too?). So instead of having to cap an alt to use a different clan you could just rebirth again. Of course creating an alt lets you have more chars but some ppl might prefer this way over creating alts.
