It takes no skill at all. 100% homing. Idc that sub can block it. People shouldn't be able to win by running off your screen and just throwing a 100% homing jutsu.
At least change it so that it doesn't do damage and just heavily slows or confuses movement. It's cool down is short enough for that sort of thing anyway (30ish seconds).
Every 30 seconds a player with dragon storm can make a bid for free damage.
We can just nerf the homing range from an entire screen to 4x4 meaning if your not within that range it will just go crazy until it ends and leave that sickling wind after effect
