Sand Barrage and Sand Shuriken Bug

I don't know if this is supposed to happen, but Sand Barrage and Sand Shuriken share a cooldown on Sand. That is, if you throw Sand Shuriken, you may not use Sand Barrage until the throw cooldown expires. Then you can use Sand Barrage as normal. It doesn't work the same the other way - you can use Sand Barrage then use Sand Shuriken immediately after.
