Missions

I believe instead of clicking on C and D mission the screen pops up with all the missions you can do at your rank.By that i mean the mission board only has C and D so if your genin and higher you will see all the missions you can do so you can pick the one you want to do.Then when you click on shizune or the other npc's that have B and A missions You have the whole list of missions pop up if your the rank is for example like a Jounin Would have accesses to all the A and B rank missions.While a chunin would show all the B missions they could do.So instead of it giving you random missions you pick the ones you wish to do
