I just took it from a different thread, updated it a little, so people wouldn't have to look as hard.
edit: If something is missing lmk, did Berlin add anything after he removed Assassinate?

Pretty sure he removed evasion.

I'm confused on what i should train when RBing for the first time Spd or Int?

I usually go for 10 speed first for the movement, then move on to 10 int.
