Sickiling Wind and Dragon Storm Debuff bug

When we use this jutsu we debuff our own allys or even ourselfes and I'm pretty sure this is not the point of the jutsu.
Also, we knockback our allys with our wind jutsus, which is very bothersome in team fights!
And since fire does not burn your own allys, nor current silences them, wind should not knockback .
