If I got speed mastery and the Medic 2nd RB passive will I be immune to rank 1/2 slows, and will stuns, which seem to be rank 4, only give the affects of a rank 2? If not, I think you should make it do that, because if it doesn't, I don't think the 2nd medic RB passive is better than some of the other passives.

If you rebirth from Uchiha to a Hyuuga and get the Doujutsu Mastery passive but then choose a non Doujutsu clan for your third rebirth, does the passive still work or become useless?

I beleive what happens would be you would rebirth and on creation you would get Sharingan Implants instead.

If I intend to go kaguya>uchiha>hyuuga>tai specialist, will I get +15% or a sharingan?

the way i BELIEVE rebirthing passives to work is when you chose your clan and create your character, when you first start, it checks what passives you have and gives u stuff according to them.

Lets say you have Iron->Uchiha->Hyuuga->Kaguya

when you rebirth from Uchiha>Hyuuga it looks and sees, oh your a Hyuuga, with Iron you gain 5nin 10% cd reduction, with uchiha since your a hyuuga you get doujutsu mastery.

then when you rebirth Hyuuga>Kaguya it looks and sees, you have Iron so you gain 5nin and 10% cd reduction, with uchiha since your a non-uchiha/hyuuga you get sharingan implants.

This is my interpretation and belief on how passives work. Idk 100% but this would make sense. If im wrong, oh well, please do correct me. If im right, then woo knowledge of coding ideas.

Means that you will get 15% Offense/Defense.

The question was if that person rebirthed into a Non-Hyuuga/Uchiha after that rebirth would they still have doujutsu mastery.

You would get the Sharingan implant

If you go Wind-Uchiha-Sand-Uchiha

Then your sand will have implant and your last uchiha will have doujutsu mastery

It's really not that complicated. The second Uchiha passive is implants every time, unless for that particular RB you are an Uchiha or Hyuuga. If you RB into another clan that isn't a doujutsu clan afterwards, then you will just recieve implants. And wth would you think that your 3rd RB passive would even be affected?

This seems pretty advantageous though, you'd have your implants and their boosts during your 3rd and at Rb you'd gain your 3rb passive plus the additional gains from Doujutsu Mastery. Does it really work like that, though ?

There is no op scenario that will make you more op. You will get the same shit just in a different order, no matter what you RB into.

No, Hyuuga->Anything still gives deadly flow.

Uchiha->Hyuuga and Uchiha->Uchiha give dojutsu mastery.

I've tested this and -10% CDs is > 12 HS. And you get 5 nin with the 10% CDs as well. It makes no sense, Berlin. The +12 CD 1st medic RB passive should be +12 HS, and -10% CDs. Balance these RB passive out.

Without the evasion passive working the +20% dmg on g button skills for the Sand 1st RB passive are good, but if the evasion passive isn't added soon that is not going to beat out over capping a stat. Not by a long shot.

+12 Handseals also gives chakra control and...well, handseal speed.

I know, they would be balanced if the other one didn't give +5 nin as well. 10 nin power and -10% CDs is better than -7.5 CDs and a little HS speed/CC. It's so obvious why everyone prefers that passive, it's the best.

12 hs and -10% C/D seems oped as fuck imo...

Actually nvm, 12 HS +10% CDR= 19% CDR so yeah it isnt as oped as i thought, seems alright
