How so? I though handseal = 0.75% CDR per level.
So if you get 12 handseal and 10% CDR wouldnt it be
12HSx0.75%+10%
9%+10%
19% CDR

Oh yeah, you're right. I forgot it was 12 and not 10. Still wouldn't be op though.

Nah it wouldnt be oped, it would be fine. As long as the other one (iron passive) keeps its 10% CDR too, im all for it

It would be nice to be able to choose which EMS boost you want :/
like :

No blindless, Amat and Tsuki dmg lowerd by 50%
Amat and Tsuki dmg higher but 3x faster blindess
Susanno (defence and offense bonus )

and such so it would fit more ppls fighting style.

There is no EMS. You mean MS, and no blindness would be weird, since it's the effect of EMS.
