| Iron sand unleash slows again. The jutsu obviously got slam dunked the previous patch. It has a fairly long cooldown though so this should make it more effective in locking people down.
Mangekyou sharingan can be activated for as long as you want now. It makes you 2% blind per second and lose 2% health and 1% defense per second. The defense debuff lasts until 30 seconds after you deactivate mangekyou. cooldown is 90 seconds after you deactivate. This makes it so you can use Mangekyou in extended fights if its against someone you want to go all in on. It also gives you a lot of new ways to play with it like activating it for a brief moment to use Susanoo and Amaterasu unleash before deactivating it. If you decide to fight with it on, you will suffer drawbacks if you can't end the battle soon.
Kaleidoscope reduces negative effects from activating mangekyou sharingan by 20/35/50% Allows you to use Mangekyou twice as long before getting fucked. Whether this skill is worth it or not depends on your dependency on Mangekyou.
Demonic blood now increases jutsu damage by 30/30/30% instead of 10/20/30%. Triples the chakra cost of all jutsus. Each time you reach 0 chakra you expend 30/25/20% of your current health to restore 50% of your maximum chakra. This skill is what makes Uchihas do such high damage. Now this skill has high drawbacks and you can burn yourself out in a fight if you're not careful. However, the backlash effect is lower as your health gets lower. Note that vengeance does not affect the damage from this.
Increased cooldown for amaterasu unleash to 30 seconds before cooldown. The reason for this nerf is the mechanics of it. 130% power damage every second for quite a while. It can potentially wipe anyone out if they're not careful. The fact that you can outrun it is good but it's quite spammable at the moment. In fact, you can use it every 5 seconds with 50% cdr.
Reduced damage for amaterasu unleash by 30% Reduces damage from 130% P to 100% P. Not bad. Still zones people out.
Precise striking now causes your critical strike rate to be unaffected by critical strike defense, and fixes your attack speed to 80/120/160%. New precise striking will make it so every attack will critically strike when you get 100% critical strike rate, no matter how much critical defense the opponent has. Speed and taijutsu becomes weaker though, as attack speed becomes useless for a precise striking Hyuuga.
Rapid palms now increases your attack power by 0.5/1/1.5 per Speed level. You gain 10% attack speed per punch for 3 seconds stacking up to 10/15/20 times. Rapid palm hyuugas gets higher jutsu damage(though Hyuuga jutsus have fairly low damage) and much higher damage per second. If you can just keep punching someone, they will NOT be able to handle your sustained damage. 200% bonus attack speed OP. Though getting that boost is very difficult as 3 seconds of getting away from melee range resets your stacks unless you can find a deer or something and then hyuuga 2nd rb to the target.
Mountain palms causes your critical strikes to reduce the enemy's defense by 10% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 2/3/4 times. You gain 5% defense for 5 seconds every time you apply this debuff up to 30% bonus defense. Ze precise striking upgrade. Here comes the difference between the two stances. Rapid palms is more selfish, but precise striking is for raids and kage assassinating. You become a tanky motherfucker if you can maintain your stacks. More importantly, 40% defense reduction is HUGE. Precise striking hyuugas need to go fast in a raid or they will make the tankiest targets seem like Yukis.
Shockwave causes your melee to slow the enemy down for 1 second. Your melee deals 10/20/30% more damage to slowed targets. The rapid palms upgrade. This simply helps you stick to your targets easier and hit harder.
Simply put: Precise striking = very effective debuffer. Shockwave = solo/assassin. If there are two hyuugas, precise striking + rapid palms duo will be OP.
Mitotic regeneration heals 30/40/50% of your maximum health over 10 seconds. You lose 30% of your maximum health afterwards over 10/20/30 seconds. Mitotic is useless right now, so this makes it useful. It is for losing situations and is best to be used during duels, quick fights and when you really need health and healing jutsu wont do. You can't die from this jutsu's health reduction.

| I love the stance idea, its a really amazing way to create build diversity among people playing the same clan. From what it seems, people going the route of prec striking will forgo getting tai for maxing their strength, stamina and speed(to reach max crit rate, or close to). While people with maxed speed/tai/strength will go for the rapid palms stance.
Will there be a c/d between switching stances? I'm contemplating getting both stances (albeit weaker versions, won't have enough SP to get both completely) and using prec to weaken the enemy then rapid to finish them off. | |

| Berlin a very important fix also is Wind slicking wind/Dragon storm which debuffs the user itself and his allys, 10% def for 15 seconds....and knocking back the allys which should not happen since fire does not burn allys either.. | |

| In my eyes Hyuuga got a bit too much buffed. If you have the slow/stun passive hyuugas will be pretty hard to beat once they start punching you. | |
