snake clan bug

i not sure if this is how there supposed to be now but the striking shadow snake and binding snake glare moves can be moved through i've moved through it my self on and alt but also seen npc and players being able to move through it, figure i'll make a report about it since people say this clan is op so i may not even be fixed, even though i have no luck so far as the clan

Something messed up all binds and windup times.

Yeah, these bugs are infuriating and make the clan unplayable. I can't grab hold people with Striking Shadow Snake and Binding Snake Glare. The 'bound' animation appears for both, but people can just walk out of it. It's very frustrating.

On the flip side, it works on NPCs, just not players.
