New Rules.

These rules are for the luls. Add your own if you have some.

1.If you are hit with a Snake Debuff While you are winning the fight and your health drops below 30% from full you Can Da.

2. If i tree is bumped into more than 40 times by 20 different people That tree shall be removed from the map and replaced with a Sapling that has no density to it.

3. If your chidori hits an Npc in a 1v1 a penalty shot should activated were the opponent will stand still and the other person can pick from one of thier clan moves. (only clan moves) to use.

4.Interfering in a 1v1 will reduce your Attack or nin power by 30 (this is only if you interfere on purpose)

5. Masturbating in the kage houses will no longer be tolerated.

6. if your village has less than 6% of the playerbase A ranks no longer have a Cd.

7. If a sound Npc binds you, you are allowed to Death avoid.

8.For every question you answer for a Br in English you shall be awarded .2 nin power or attack power (The Br's question needs to be answered completely and he must understand)

If an npc uses backdash more than 3 times in a fight, it insta-dies.

If an iron uses gold sand twice in a fight you can DA.

Choosing "The Shadow" as your title is a bannable offense.

If an uchiha lands a blind chidori you take double damage.

If you bleed a snake you auto win the fight.

If Lukers Luki interferrs your fight you can ban him. Weither admin or not.

If your a snake and your shit at your clan, you should be banned.

This is dumb.

If you lose as a Iron you are forced to be a hyuuga.

If an Iron runs off-screen after having used/finished Unleash (As a strategy to wait for CD's) It counts as DA.

If You Type Like This You Get Instantly Perma-Banned.

If you run away from a fight and rest, then come back and fight the guy again, your character is instantly deleted.

If you kill someone who is training stam you lose 1 stat point in stam.
