Like can this move actually slow people? Even though when its mastered it says it slows. We don't even have the yuki pass anymore so can lions palm slow agian?

because a yuki spends 3 SP on it. Senbons do not automatically slow ppl when they learn senbon throw. its a skill in the skilltree and ofcourse every yuki maxes it.

Then I would want counter spin to be changed to a skill that makes lion palms slow. Cause counter spin is so useless.

I agree, Hyuugas do need a slow. They just don't need a Yuki passive level slow that has no CD and slows your feet off.
