1) Some jutsus from Blank Jutsu 1 and Blank Jutsu 2 (Example: SSS and senbon wave) can not be used whilst Raiden is on cool down.( Sometimes Ice Prison would not work under these conditions as well) 2) When i respecced my character i lost chakra scapels ( Is it possible to actually get it back in my jutsu list?) 3) Chakra Scapels does not work in hotkeys
