Add a way to block seeing chat from specific players per client. This will help solve drama in OOC if players can just stop themselves from seeing chat from people they have issues with.

This implies that ppl dont want to arugue in the first place which I highly doubt. But for the other ppl this would be pretty nice. And a whole ooc off/on switch would be nice too.
