On some clans, namely Sand and Fan, jutsus do not cast when you're bleeding. Sometimes they will cast after you spam the macro. I'm not sure which clans besides Sand and Fan it affects.

The ones I know of are Sand Barrage, Shukaku's Pike, and I think Sickling Wind.
