Anything with a bar wait time.

So when you do anything like; hide, tele out of sound, waterfall container, and by far most noticable capture a banner, after the bar fills up it takes a bit of time afterwards before what your trying to do actually happens, first noticed with banners since you had to stand there an extra 5 seconds or so, so tested there others and everything happened a little after the bars went away.
