Speed Rank Bug

Speed rank doesn't decrease when increasing speed. I have rank 4 at 15 speed.

It did for me, I assume it's a visual glitch.

Bot a bug, he changed when you get the ranks. Don't feel like taking a pic though.

You don't get to 0, Rank 1 is the highest like it should be. =P
