I know what he's talking about. Uchiha used to have an activated jutsu with a small cooldown that would reveal hidden people on their screen. It was pretty useful but not anything close to hyugas radar. I forget why it was removed. I think it was supposed to be integrated into sharingan automatically but then it wasn't and the jutsu just got taken out. Oversight, maybe? | |
