Piercing Gaze

I dont know if its a bug or not but it doesnt have a cd at all.
When u dont hit soemone with it u can spam it.
Still have to check if it has cd after u hit someone though.

EDIT: It will get on cd if u hit someone( even if that someone is from ur village)
