Kaguya bone reserve and chakra regeneration

Kaguya's bone reserves takes up too much chakra. To refill the entire bar it takes Like 60-75 chakra, and the bar regenerates very slowly now. This inconveniences me, and I'm a rare 15 INT Kaguya. Another problem may be chakra regeneration. It is really terrible now, not just for Kaguyas, but for everyone. In a fight you run out of chakra very fast, and once it's gone it's not coming back. I'm pretty sure energy regeneration is also slower than it needs to be. They both need a buff.
