Tier I:
Nimble Finger - Decreases Handseal time by .5/1/1.5/2 seconds.
Unmatched Focus - Increases sharingan drain by 20% Increases Damage and Health by 2/4/6/8/10% Increases training speed by 2/4/6/8/10% with Sharingan active.
Eye Control - Reduces chakra drain of Sharingan by 20/40/60% Lets you regen 20/40/60% of your normal chakra regen with Sharingan active.
Tier II:
Fatal Falcon - Increases Falcon drop crit rate by 25/35/45/55% and melee crit rate by 8/11/14/17%
Piercing Gaze - Unlocks piercing gaze. Stuns for 2/3/4 seconds. Usable while hidden/transformed. Breaks on first hit unless using Mangekyou.
Inner Chakra - Increases maximum Chakra by 10/20/30/40/50%
Tier III:
Fire Mastery - Increases all fire elemental damage by 10/15/20/25/30%
Willpower - Damage taken under 25% HP decreased by 10/20/30/40%

Chain Ninjutsu - Decreases ninjutsu CD by 10/15/20/25/30% Increases chakra cost of jutsus by 15%
Black Crows - Decrease Body Illusion CD by 10/20/30% and Body Illusion lasts 1/2/3 second longer. After using body illusion your next attack within five seconds has a 20/40/60% higher chance to critically hit.
Chakra Flow - Increases chakra regeneration by 50/100/150%
Tier V:
Inferno - Flames from fire jutsus and fire bombs engulf the enemy in flames, slowing them and damaging them for 50% flame damage every half second for 2.5 seconds. Clone explosion has a 34/66/100% chance to leave flames on the ground.
Sharingan Mastery - Increase melee dodge rate by 10/15/20% and attack speed by 10/20/30% Lets you use 20/40/60% of ninjutsu power affect melee and falcon drop instead of attack power. Learns Epimeral(sic) when mastered.
Lone Wolf - Increases all damage done by 2/4/6/8% adds another 2/4/6/8% if you are a missing nin.
Tier VI:
Demonic Blood - Increases jutsu damage by 10/20/30% Increases chakra cost of jutsus by 50%.
Mangekyou - Decreases blind rate of Mangekyou Sharingan by 20/35/50%
Vengence - Learns Vengeance. Increases damage by 20/25/30% for 20 seconds, resets all cooldowns and restores 10/20/30% of your chakra. During the damage increase you are unaffected by blindness. Only usable in critical condition.
Hyuuga- Spoiler:
Tier I:
Disruption - Cause your basic melee attacks to debuff the target for 2/4/6/8 seconds, stopping chakra regen, lowering the enemy's CC by 50% and increasing enemy's chakra cost of jutsus by 50%.
Momentum - Physical attacks deal 6/12/18/24% more damage.
Inner Chakra - Increase maximum chakra by 10/20/30/40/50%.
Tier II:
Disable - Each time you melee or lion palns you stack 1/1.5/2 stacks of disable on the enemy. Critical strikes and MC adds twice the amount of stacks. Once the enemy hits 10 stacks of disable, the counter resets and the enemy gets slowed for 3 seconds, and debuffed for 10% less defense, -30% attack speed and 1.5 second increased HS for 10 seconds.
Inner Blood - Increase maximum HP by 5/10/15%.
Counter Spin - Rotation hits 15/30/45% faster.
Tier III:
Chakra Flow - Increase chakra regen by 50/100/150%.
Concentration - Increase critical rate by 3/6/9/12/15%.
Precise Strike - Learns the ability Precise Striking. While this is active you deal 20% less damage and critical rate increases by 10%. You can't use Rapid Palms while this is active.
Tier IV:
Ultimate Shield - Rotation costs 15/30/45% less maximum chakra.
Chakra Reap - You heal for 2/4/6% of your maximum HP and chakra each time you disable a target.
Internal Bleeding - Stops regeneration and damages the enemy for 20% of the original damage over 10 seconds after 64/128, MC, or critical melee 100% of the time.
Tier V:
Power Palm - Increase the damage of empty palm and MC by 5/10%.
Byakugan Mastery - Increase dodge rate by 5/10/15%, attack speed by 8/16/24%, and critical rate by 3/6/9%.
Rapid Palms - Learns the ability Rapid Palms. While this is active your crit rate is halfened and your attack speed increases by 20/30% while your physical jutsu's CD is decreased by 15/30%. You can't use Precise Striking while this is active.
Tier VI:
Shockwave - Increase attack speed by 50%. Your disable proc stuns the enemy for 0.5/1/1.5 second. Only works with rapid palms.
Pinpoint - Learns the ability 128 palms.
Mountain Palms - You perform a MC instead of a normal critical when you critically hit with melee or the final strike of 64/128 palns. Only works with Precise Striking. Decreases attack speed total by 20%.

Second Defense - Has a 30/60% chance to counterattack the enemy for 50% of your melee damage if they hit you in melee range not from the back.
Swift Blade - Increase melee speed by 12/24/36%.
Tier III:
Blood Flow - Increase HP regen by 2/4/6.
Willow Mastery - Your dance of the willow cost 5/10/15% less bone resource and deal 15/30/45% more damage.
Momentum - Physical attacks deal 6/12/18% more damage.
Tier IV:
Pine Mastery - Increase length of pine by 1/2/3 seconds and reduce its bone resource cost by 20/40/60%.
Double Blades - You learn the stance DB. While activated you create a blade of bone in your off-hand. Increases attack power by 0.4/0.8/1.2 for every point of speed you have while in DB. Increases attack speed by 15/30/45% and increases bone resource regen by 10/20/30%. Can not be used with Hardened Bone Sword. This type of bone sword is good for Kags with a focus on agility.
Kaguya Bloodlust - Increase damage by 8/16/24% while under 50% HP.
Tier V:
Hardened Bonesword Mastery - Learns the ability Extrme Condensing. While activated your bone sword will become much larger and mroe powerful. Increases damage by 12/24/36% and increases critical strike rate by 25/50/75%. Decrease bone regen and attack speed by 30%. Cannot be used with DB. This form of bonesword is good for Kaguyas with a focus of STR.
Bladedancer - Reduces dance CD by 10/20/30% and critical chance for dances by 5/10/15%.
Bone Golem - Learns the Bone Golem, increasing your defense by 30% for 4/8 seconds but removing your ability to run while this is active.
Tier VI:
Rooted to the Bone - While Bone Golem is active, set your HP regen to 40 per second.
Seedling Mastery - Move faster inside dance of the seedling ferns and reduce its cost by 20/40/60%. Impaler - Increase cleave damage to 1.5/2/2.5% of the enemy's max HP per second.

Tier I
Wind Control - Wind jutsus use 8/16/24/32% less chakra.
Whirlwind Palm - You learn the ability WW palm, which allows you to toggle G between normal throw and WW palm. WW palm does minimal damage, but knocks back and flishes enemies in a radius. Leveling this skill decreases WW palm's CD to 8/7/6/5 seconds and increase your HP by 25/50/75/100.
Breakthrough - Sickling wind and GSW has a 30/60/90/120/150% chance to deflect physical projectiles and damage is increased by 5/10/15/20/25%. The chance can be decreased depending on the enemies STR. Knockback is also increased by 1.
Tier II
Wind Shield - Learn the ability Wind Shield. When activated you will have shredding winds around you as protection, hitting for 0.8/1.6/2.4% of your maximum chakra in damage to everyone to you every second while you are in combat. Projectile damage taken is also decreased by 10/15/20% and melee damage is reflected by 20/25/30%. Drains 3/2/1% chakra every second while activated.
Condensed Wind - SW and sandstorm becomes less wide, but more condensed, doing 20/40/60% more damage and 50/100/150% slowdown for sandstorm.
Hurricane - SW and sandstorm becomes wider, but also doing 45/35/25% less damage. Their CD is also increased by 20/15/10%.
Tier III
Fury - SW, sandstorm, and GSW's CD is decreased by 10/20/30%, but deals 15% less damage.
Inner Chakra - Increase max chakra by 10/20/30/40/50%.
Bombardment - Increase air bullet damage by 10/20%. Also decrease air bullet's CD by 20/40%.
Tier IV
Path of Destruction - Increase SW, Sandstorm, and GSW's damage by 15/25/30%.
Mark of Death - Allows you to learn MoD. This move will let you mark a enemy on your screen for 30 seconds. DS will always focus on that target and all damage is increased by 10/20/30% on that target.
Pounding Gale - Enables SW and sandstorm to critically strike and increase it's critical chance by 510%. Rippling Gale's crit chance is also increased by 5/10%.
Tier V
Gust Reaper - SW, GSW, and Gale has a 15/30% chance to hit again for 50% of the damage.
Build Up - Wind clan jutsus except DS and DSW deal 10/20/30% more damage after moving 4 tiles.
Razor Blades - Wind shield damage is increased by 50/100% and physical deflection is increased by 5/10%. DS shredding damage is increased by 10/20%.
Tier VI
Wind Master - Swing charge time of DS and GSW is decreased by 50/75/100%
Twin Dragons - Has a 30% chance to create a second DS when you use DS.
Twister - Has a 10/15/20% chance to make the enemy spin around after a wind jutsu for 0.7 second. They will be unable to do any action during that time.
Iron- Spoiler:
Tier I
Density - Increase iron sand jutsu damage by 5/10/15/20/25%.
Inner Blood - Health is increased by 5/10/15%.
Toxicity - Increase poison damage by 20/40/60/80/100%.
Tier II
Ashes to Shards - Scattered Showers turns into shards, dealing 15/30/45% ninjutsu power damage.
Critical Toxin - Poison can critically strike for 50% extra damage. Increase critical strike chance by 5/10/15% and poison critical strike chance by another 10/20/30%.
Flow - Your cooldowns are lowered by 3/6/9/12/15% and your handseal speed is increased by 0.3/0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5 second.
Tier III
Neurotic Dampening - Enemies are heavily slowed for 1/2/3 seconds after the initial stun from Toxic Shock.
Chakra Flow - +50/100/150% chakra regeneration.
Iron Blood - While using Iron Rain, increase defense by 10/20/30/40% and regenerate 0.5/1/1.5/2% of your missing health per second.
Tier IV
Alchemist - Increase length of Golden Sand by 1.5/3/4.5/6 seconds.
Blood to Metal - While using Iron Sand Rain, use 1% of your current health per second to deal 150/200/250% of that damage to the enemy.
Anti-Antidote - Reduce the cooldown on Toxic Shock by 10/20/30%.
Tier V
Skull Crusher - Iron Sand Cluster and Iron Sand Gathering slows the enemy for 1/2/3 seconds and deal 5/10/15% more damage.
Numbness - Your toxic shock prevents enemies from using substitution and lightning flash for 2/4/6 seconds.
Aegis - You gain 10/20/30% defense while using golden sand.
Tier VI
Corruption - Every 40/25/10 seconds, your next poison applying jutsu instantly applies 5 stacks of poison and your chakra regeneration is increased by 10 per seconds for 10 seconds.
Grand Unleash - Your iron sand unleash deals 10/20/30% more damage and has 33/66/100% less charging time. The slow magnitude is also increased.
Tremor - Everyone within 3/5/7 tiles of the impact of your iron sand cluster will get stunned for 1.2 second.
Sand- Spoiler:
Tier I:
Lingering Sand - After 3 melee and sand shuriken strikes within 5/7/9 seconds to the same enemy, their legs get covered with sand. You can then use sand burial to slow them heavily for 3 seconds for 30/40/50% damage.
Inner Chakra - Increase maximum chakra by 10/20/30/40/50%.
Impact - Increase damage by 4/8/12/16/20%.
Tier II:
Chakra Flow - Increase chakra regeneration by 50/100/150%
Improved Sand Shield - Sand shield cooldown decreased to to 5/4/3 seconds. Initial cost to activate sand shield is decreased to 7/6/5% chakra.
Cripple - Sand burial slows the enemy with a level 3/6/9 magnitude for 3 seconds and sand shower's slow duration is increased by 1/2/3 seconds.
Tier III:
Relentlessness - You gain 1 relentlessness stack from hitting sand shuriken and 5 stacks from hitting shukaku's pike up to a maximum of 10 stacks. You deal 0.75/1.5/2.25/3% more damage with sand shuriken and shukaku's pike per relentless stack
Sadism - Enemies trapped in sand coffin take 30/15/0% less damage instead of 50%.
Tap Sand Reserve - Learns Tap Sand Reserve. This ability taps your stored sand reserve, regenerating 20/30/40/50% of your maximum chakra instantly.
Tier IV:
Quickguard - Decrease the chakra cost to maintain Sand Shield to 4.5/4/3.5% of maximum chakra + 15/10/5 chakra per second.
Hemorrhage - Sand burial and shukaku's pike causes the target to bleed for 1% their maximum health for 3/5/7 seconds. Damage is halfened for sand shower and cripple sand burials and for additional hemorrhages while a hemorrhage is active.
Doom - Sand burial from sand shower and cripple drags the enemy back to you 1/2/3 tiles
Tier V:
Sand Barrage - Replaces sand shower with sand barrage. Sand barrage deals 120/160/200% sand shuriken damage and has 5/10/15% less cooldown
Improved Sand Armour - Sand armour's casting time and chakra cost is reduced by 20/35/50%.
Suffocation - Sand coffin lasts 1/1.5/2 second longer and deal 1% of the enemy's current health in damage every half second.
Tier VI:
Ultimate Defense - Your sand armour automatically refreshes upon reaching under 20% health. The sand armour has 50/100/150% of normal sand armour durability.
Annihilation - Your sand burial from sand coffin or sand tsunami instantly kills enemies with less than 10/15/20% health.
Imperial Pierce - Enemies struck by your Shukaku's pike take 20% more damage, can not regenerate health and leave a trail of blood for 10/20/30 seconds.
Medic- Spoiler:
Tier I:
Healing Mastery - Increase healing effectiveness by 6/12/18/24/30%.
Combat Discipline - Increase damage dealt by 4/8/12/16/20%.
Self Preservation - Increase defense by 4/8/12/16/20%.
Tier II:
Chakra Scalpel - Stance - Your melee deals an extra 20% ninjutsu power in damage and causes them to bleed for 2/3/4/5 seconds for 10% ninjutsu power per second.
Chakra Enhanced Strength - Stance - Increase your attack power by 10/20/30/40. Your secondary attack smash the ground in front of you, dealing heavy physical damage to everyone within 2 tiles radius from the center and slowing them for 2 seconds. If you hit an enemy directly in the center, you stun them for 2 seconds and deal additional physical damage.
Inner Blood - Health is increased by 5/10/15%.
Tier III:
Precision - Increase chakra scalpel's effective range and cause Nervous System Rupture to last 1/2/3 seconds longer when applied to targets suffering from any sort of bleeding.
Inhuman Momentum - Reduce the charge time of the secondary attack of Chakra Enhanced Strength by 30/60/90%. Increase physical damage by 15/30/45% while pre-healing jutsu is active.
Inner Chakra - Chakra is increased by 10/20/30%.
Tier VI:
Inner Flow - Health and chakra regeneration is increased by 2/4/6.
Triage - Your healing jutsu is 25% more effective on targets under 25/40/55% health.
United Strength - For each person that you chakra transfer, your attack and defense is increased by 0.3/0.6/0.9/1.2/1.5%.
Tier V:
Mitotic Regeneration - While activated your health regeneration is set to 40 health per second and chakra regeneration to -25/20/15 per second. Your defense is also increased by 30% while this is active. When you deactivate this stance for every second you were in this stance, your defense decreases by 1%. This debuff lasts for 30 seconds.
Enhancer - You can buff 1/2/3 more targets with Chakra Transfer. The chakra transfer persists after death and degenerates at -25/50/75% speed while the person is recovering.
Oath - Healing wave causes additional healing equal to 8/16/24/32/40% of the original healing over 5 seconds.
Tier VI:
Archangel - Slows are 66/33/0% effective while under pre-healing jutsu. Reduce cooldown of pre-healing jutsu by 5/10/15%.
Eternal Power - Your chakra transfer lasts 2/4/6/8/10 more minutes.
Cycle of Life and Death - While Oath is active on you, your damage over time effects deal 10/20/30% more damage. While an enemy is poisoned, your Oath heals for 10/20/30% more.
Snake DNA- Spoiler:
Tier I: Poisoned Fangs - SSS and Binding Snake Glare applies a venom that reduces the defense of the target by 10/20/30% for 4 seconds.
Genius - Increase training speed and damage by 3/6/9/12/15%.
Inner Blood - Increase max HP by 5/10/15%
Tier II:
Shed Skin - Grants the ability Shed Skin, allowing you to remove all binds and slows from yourself and regenerate 12% of your missing HP. It has a 90/60/30 second CD that is unaffected by CD reduction.
Cursed Blade - Sky Blade and Sword of Kusanagi causes a delayed curse that deals 10/20/30/40% extra dmg that is applied after 3 seconds. Additional strikes from sky blade or your sword stacks the curse damage and refreshes the 3 second delay.
Regenerating Scales - When you get hit by critical strikes, you regenerate 10/20/30% of that damage over 10 seconds.
Tier III:
Resolute Drain - Chakra Absorbtion drains 1/1.5/2% of the victims' maximum HP per second and heals you for 34/67/100% of that amount.
Viper Strike - Your secondary attack throws a fast snake that deals Kunai damage and poisons the enemy for 12/24/36% ninjutsu damage over 3 seconds. Your throwing speed increased by 10/20/30%.
Unnatural Vitality - Increases HP regen by 1/2/3. Increase HP regen by 1/2/3% for every 1% HP missing.
Tier IV:
Merciless - Binding Snake Glare will execute victims' under 12.5/15% max HP.
Slither - Your throw toggle button gets replaced with a snake transformation. You are immune to slow effects for 1/2/3 seconds after you transform and you move at maximum speed. Getting hit by any attack breaks out of this form and decrease your current HP by 30/20/10% and slows you down heavily for 2/1/0 seconds. Animals ignore your while you are in this form. Cooldown refreshes after resting for 3 seconds.
Experimental Body - Increase your attack power and ninjutsu power by 15/30/45 and decrease the attack power and ninjutsu power you gain from your stats by 20/30/40%.
Tier V:
Unholy Construct - Your Edo Tensei regenerates 0.5/1/1.5% of its maximum HP per second. The Buff from sacrificing your Edo lasts 2/4/6 seconds longer.
Infestation - Your SSS, Viper Strike, and BSG causes 2 snakes to appear close to the enemy. Stepping on the snake slows the enemy down for 1/2/3 seconds and deals 20/40/60% ninjutsu damage. The snakes last up to 20 seconds.
Immortal - Increase base immortality jutsu effectiveness by 15/30/45%.
Tier VI:
Soul Master - You gain 8/16/24/32/40% defense while you Edo is alive.
Deceiver - You become invisible for 1/1.5/2 seconds after you resurrect from immortality jutsu. You also bind your killer for 1/2/3 seconds.
Soul Carver - Your melee with the Sword of Kusanagi deals an additional 2/4/6% of the enemy's missing HP in damage.
Copy Ninja- Spoiler:
Tier I: Genius - Increase training speed by 6/12/18/24/30%.
Sharingan Mastery - Decrease chakra cost per second of sharingan implant by 5/10/15% and decrease cooldown of jutsus by 4/8/12%.
Fuuma Shuriken - Your shuriken is replaced with fuuma shuriken. This shuriken has a 12/9/6 second cooldown and deal 3x more damage than a normal shuriken and is faster.
Tier II:
Renown - Increase influence gain by 12/24/36%.
Inner Chakra - Increase chakra by 10/20/30%.
Momentum - Increase attack power by 4/8/12/16/20%.
Tier III:
Blood Flow - Increase health regeneration by 30/60/90%.
Inner Blood - Increase health by 5/10/15%.
Impact - Increase ninjutsu power by 4/8/12/16/20%.
Tier IV:
Chakra Flow - Increase chakra regeneration by 50/100/150%.
Deadliness - Increase critical strike rate by 3/6/9/12/15%.
Lightning Mastery - Increase Raikiri and Raiden damage by 10/20/30% and its critical strike chance by 5/10/15%.
Tier V:
Static Shock - Your raikiri leaves behind a field of static as you are charging and when you connect with this ability. The static slows the enemy down heavily for 1.5/3/4.5 seconds.
Assassinate - Instantly teleport behind the enemy and stunning them for 0.5 second. Has a 80/50/20 second cooldown.
Execution - Deal 15/25/35% more damage to enemies under 30% health
Tier VI:
Leadership - Learn the ability rally. When activated you and all nearby allies deal 10% extra damage and take 10% less damage for 4/8/12 seconds.
Final Hour - For the next 5/9/13 seconds, your sharingan costs no chakra and your damage is increased by 15% and you have a 20% chance to take 90% less damage from any attack.
Tactics - Increase damage and reduce damage by 15% for 4/7/10 seconds at the start of every battle. Increase damage done by 2/4/6% for the rest of the battle.

Tier 4: Chain Ninjutsu - Decreases ninjutsu CD by 10/15/20/25/30% Increases chakra cost of jutsus by 15% Black Crows - Decrease Body Illusion CD by 10/20/30% and Body Illusion lasts 1/2/3 second longer. After using body illusion your next attack within five seconds has a 20/40/60% higher chance to critically hit. Chakra Flow - Increases chakra regeneration by 50/100/150%
Tier 5: Inferno - Flames from fire jutsus and fire bombs engulf the enemy in flames, slowing them and damaging them for 50% flame damage every half second for 2.5 seconds. Clone explosion has a 34/66/100% chance to leave flames on the ground Sharingan Mastery - Increase melee dodge rate by 10/15/20% and attack speed by 10/20/30% Lets you use 20/40/60% of ninjutsu power affect melee and falcon drop instead of attack power. Learns Epimeral(sic) when mastered. Lone Wolf - Increases all damage done by 2/4/6/8% adds another 2/4/6/8% if you are a missing nin.
Tier 6: Demonic Blood - Increases jutsu damage by 10/20/30% Increases chakra cost of jutsus by 50%. Mangekyou - Decreases blind rate of Mangekyou Sharingan by 20/35/50% Vengeance - Learns Vengeance. Increases damage by 20/25/30% for 20 seconds, resets all cooldowns and restores 10/20/30% of your chakra. During the damage increase you are unaffected by blindness. Only usable in critical condition.
