Snake Skilltree

Tier 1:
Poisoned Fangs: Striking Shadow Snake and Binding Snake Glare applies a venom that reduces the defense of the target by 10/20/30% for 4 seconds.
Genius: Increase training speed and damage by 3/6/9/12/15%.
Inner Blood: Increases maximum health by 5/10/15%

Tier 2:
Shed Skin: Grants the ability Shed Skin, allowing you to remove all binds and slows from yourself and regenerate 12% of your missing health. It has a 90/60/30 second CD that is unaffected by cooldown reduction
Cursed Blade: Sky Blade and Sword of Kusanagi causes a delayed curse that deals 8/16/24/30% extra damage that is applied after 3 seconds. Additional strikes from sky blade or your sword stacks the curse damage and refreshes the 3 second delay.
Regenerating Scales: When you get hit by critical strikes, you regenerate 10/20/30% of that damage over 10 seconds.


Tier 3:
Absolute Drain: Chakra Absorption drains 1/1.5/2% of the victims' maximum health per second and heals you for 33/67/100% of that amount.
Viper Strike: Your secondary attack throws a fast snake that deals Kunai damage and poisons the enemy for 12/24/36% ninjutsu damage over 3 seconds. Your throwing speed increased by 10/20/30%.
Unnatural Vitality: Increases health regeneration by 1/2/3. Increase health regeneration by 1/2/3% for every 1% health missing.

Tier 4:
Merciless: Binding Snake Glare will execute victims' under 12.5/15% max hp.
Slither: Your throwing toggle button gets replaced with a snake transformation. You are immune to slow effects for 1/2/3 seconds after you transform and you move at maximum speed. Getting hit by any attack breaks out of this form and decrease your current health by 30/20/10% and slows you down heavily for 2/1/0 second. Animals ignore you while you are in this form. Cooldown refreshes after resting for 3 seconds.
Experimental Body: Increase your attack power and ninjutsu power by 15/30/45 and decrease the attack power and ninjutsu power you gain from your stats by 20/30/40%.

Tier 5:
Unholy Construct: Your Edo Tensei regenerates 0.5/1/1.5% of its maximum health per second. The buff from sacrificing your Edo Tensei lasts 2/4/6 seconds longer.
Infestation: Your Striking Shadow Snake, Viper Strike and Binding Snake Glare causes 2 snakes to appear close to the enemy. Stepping on the snake slows the enemy down for 1/2/3 seconds and deals 20/40/60% ninjutsu damage. The snakes last up to 20 seconds.
Immortal: Increase base immortality jutsu effectiveness by 15/30/45%.

Tier 6:
Soul Master: You gain 8/16/24/32/40% defense while your edo tensei is alive.
Deceiver: You become invisible for 1/1.5/2 seconds after you resurrect from immortality jutsu. You also bind your killer for 1/2/3 seconds.
Soul Carver: Your melee with the Sword of Kusanagi deals an additional 2/4/6% of the enemy's missing health in damage.

Changed experimental body from +3/6/9/12/15% defense to

Experimental Body: Increase your attack power and ninjutsu power by 15/30/45 and decrease the attack power and ninjutsu power you gain from your stats by 20/30/40%.

The reason for this change is because Snake has subpar damage because their damage uses both nin power and attack power. They have enough survivability. This causes Snake to have several options.

1. Ignore nin, str and tai and max this skill. This allows you to max out stamina, handseals, intelligence and speed. however, handseals isn't too important for snakes after a certain point, so the skill points are wasted and you will have lower attack speed and accuracy, which is rather important. However, 75 in both areas for no stat points is extremely efficient. Getting to that tier with 1 in all 3 offensive stats is a challenge though.

2. Ignore nin and str and max this skill. This allows you to get sufficient int and handseals and have a healthy dose of tai. A solid and very efficient choice.

3. Focus on nin or str/tai and max this skill. This allows you to have one stat at 110, while having a solid amount of the stat you neglected(75). A solid choice if you want to specialize in one type of damage without gimping your other half of jutsus.

4. Glass cannon snake max nin, str, tai and level 3 of this skill. About 35% more damage than without but you are giving up a lot of stats for this.

As you can see this skill is far more efficient the lower your base stat is. I would consider this one of the must haves of this clan. What you do with this is up to you.
