The Tier 2 on the Uchiha skill tree for sharingan mastery doesn't work. Another person and I tested it.

according to gms if i remember seeing it right it works. its just ALWAYS active though

It works. The dodge increase is only 15% and not the listed 20%, however. It's always on, not just in sharingan. I didn't test the nin affecting melee bit but it should be pretty obvious.
