EMS - Amat does not replace fireball jutsu

I don't know if this appears with regular MS or not. Basically, regular amat (not unleash) is supposed to replace fireball jutsu, but it doesn't, and you can literally just press the hotkey for regular amat while it's on cool down to cast a fireball jutsu.

I wouldn't be surprised if this got fixed before cool down lies even though no one else has complained about this, because apparently the only reason cool down lies won't be fixed is that not enough people complain about it. But fuck logic, right?

Well I believe only Uchiha has that because I dont really notice the CD lies unless u mean the jutsu not being able for use after the timer is off then thats something that could be understood. Im just annoyed at the fact that Nara and Tai Spec are basically Silenced once they are slowed
