Simply put, it's absolutely terrible and useless. With a 30 min C/D, it is not worth getting at all considering how easily you can get killed whilst you're being revived by the passive, which takes like 5 seconds. A simple fire jutsu onto the sand ball revival thing, and you'll be revived/spawned dead.
Wait, wait, wait. Removed rebirth? Is that a new change? Was that change in the 2.8? I might have missed it o_o (Even though I did read the 2.8 plans a lot of times)
