One thing is that Air bullet doesnt hit when close range and it flys to friendly targets and ignores enemys.
Another is sometimes when using ripping gale in close range it doesnt do any damage and doesnt even show the wind animation when the problem occurs.
Last thing I can remember is Whirlwind palm has a long delay after attacking with fan "melee"...but then again I think throw is usually on the same cd with melee but I guess it just seems ridiculous due to the -50% speed from the fan, and while speaking of fan "melee" it only hits the person directly in front of you when in punching range and not the 3 squares directly in front of you.
